Ellers people!!!
Azusa here, reporting live from...*drumroll*...SCHOOL O_O!!! lol I just finished my 2nd photography test ( Yeah, REAL photography ISH SO DAMN HARD!! There's so many things to consider >_<!!! There's absolutely no "smile and just click"...so to you all REAL photographers, I give ya MY RESPECT T-T) and I think I did good. I have to admit my photography teacher is tough but he's one AWESOME photographer and teacher too...(I mean, to get a lunkhead like me to understand obturation velocity, diaphragm modes and stuff....THAT'S GOTTA BE 'EFFIN HARD!!!)
Anyway, I decided to take this weekend off and away from all that stress from school (and boy have we been stressed >-<!!!) yet I found out I can't really stop thinking about design which is kinda scary at times o_oU.
Went out with Lino to see Casanova...OOOOOHMEEEHHGOOOTZ!!! Awesomest movie ever (at least for me) !! It has the key elements that makes a movie my fav XD : Heath Ledger, historical costumes, light romantic comedy, a crazy chase, sword fighting...and well yeah...Heath Ledger XDDD...
(I'd go see Brokeback Mountain just out of curiosity but no one would go with meh XP!!! Cobaaaaaaardes!! )
And yesterday, well, just kicked back and relaxed (while eating icecream T_T!!!) . It's been a long time since I last did whatever I wanted to do without worrying bout school .
And so, my "leisure weekend" can be pretty much summarized like this: (Ohmehgotz, dont ask XD)
You know you've been working too hard as a GD when...
- You finally get the time to play F-zero and you create a custom vehicle called "CMYcar", paint it yellow, cyan and magenta and finally add a black registration mark as an emblem =_=UUUUU (man, that totally came out naturally! I swear!!)
- The high point of your day is when you go out to the supermarket and stare like an idiot at all the packages you see while examine them closely, not really caring about how good is its content.
- You come across a box of cereal and start examining the type effects O_oU
- You go watch a movie and at the opening credits, you squeal when you recognize the typeface.
- While watching the movie, you finally notice that what your photography teacher told you is true: Good movies really do follow the rule of thirds O_o.
- You just finished a big project but you're still examining the competition.
- You're compelled by the power of a good textured paper
...
And I'm pretty sure I'm leaving stuff out
. if I can remember them, I'll write them down XD.
